Carbone: Scenes from an Italian Restaurant (Sopranos Style)

There's nothing I hate more than over priced pasta, but for some reason, I don't mind it at Carbone, and I happily accept the high fare. It's just that good! I'm not going to dissect each dish, piece by piece because the pictures do them justice. Yes, the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and Veal Parm live up to the hype, the Pizza Bread is better than Dominos and the Tiramisu is way better than depicted in Superbad.

Carbone is my 10/10 Foodgasm. I love all of the food, the atmosphere and of course, the staff who could really be mobsters or just watch a lot of Sopranos. If you want to feel the way I feel... Scroll down, take it in and enjoy!

Counting down the days until my next Carbone visit. I definitely ate more than the average human and do not plan on cutting anything out of my meal plan, but if there is anything else that is SUPERB that must be tried next time, leave your comments below!
